Rosh as she is known in the industry has over 15 years’ experience with government, semi-government, private sector and social enterprises within the UK; with over fourteen years experience in talent acquisition and development.​ ​

She posses vast experience in training needs analysis, designing and conducting training material for both commercial and governmental organizations in the UK and in Sri Lanka..​ ​

Previously​ ​ Talent Acquisition Specialist at London Stock Exchange Group – Sri Lanka ​ Key Achievement-:She was the external Headhunter who sourced over 48% of talent from the IT industry single handedly.​ ​ Head of Talent and Development at KPMG – Executive Search -Sri Lanka ​ Key Achievement: Set up KPMG’s Talent and Development center to up skill the nations young talent​ ​ Project Manager- HCT GROUP, London, United Kingdom on behalf of the Dept. of Works and Pension​ Key Achievement: The Labour party initiative, The Future Jobs Fund to deal with unemployment and employability issues of those lacking soft and technical skills. She helped create 224 jobs within 18 months for those long term unemployed.​ ​ Training Specialist – Pell and Bales UK – ​ Key Achievement :Trained and up skilled over 550 Fundraising staff per year for over 6 years​
