Our client, a hotel revenue management BPO firm currently managing 15 hotels and administering more than $15,000,000 hotel room revenue in Australasia with a mission to have 100 hotels or $120,000,000 managed by year 2020. They work majorly with Sydney and Sri Lanka markets and is a leader in Revenue Management Outsourcing services in these markets.
Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations.
Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
Create and maintain a 12 month rolling demand calendar.
Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel.
Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.
Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution.
Carry out group displacement analysis.
2 – 4 years of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management experience. Ideally held position as revenue manager or assistant revenue manager or revenue management executive.
5 Star hotel revenue management experience an added advantage.
A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages an asset.
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or Economic Studies or Business Management.
Highly computer literate with a high level command of MS Excel.
