Hotel Revenue Manager

Our client, a hotel revenue management BPO firm currently managing 15 hotels and administering more than $15,000,000 hotel room revenue in Australasia with a mission to have 100 hotels or $120,000,000 managed by year 2020. They work majorly with Sydney and Sri Lanka markets and is a leader in Revenue Management Outsourcing services in these markets.

  • Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations.
  • Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
  • Create and maintain a 12 month rolling demand calendar.
  • Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel.
  • Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.
  • Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution.
  • Carry out group displacement analysis.
  • 2 – 4 years of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management experience. Ideally held position as revenue manager or assistant revenue manager or revenue management executive.
  • 5 Star hotel revenue management experience an added advantage.
  • A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages an asset.
  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or Economic Studies or Business Management.
  • Highly computer literate with a high level command of MS Excel.
