Our client is one of the largest telecommunication companies providing fixed, mobile, and broadband services in the Seychelles.
They are on the look out for the ideal candidate to who could review internal processes and controls, issue out a proposal how to automate and convert into a paperless environment over a two-year roll-out / implementation period.
REVIEW INTERNAL PROCESSES AND CONTROLS
They currently have their Internal Processes and Controls documented in the Financial Control Tools Set. With the changes in financial system and structures, continuous introduction of new processes, activities, and/or products, there is a need to review and update internal processes and controls into best practice standards. Updated processes are for re-issuance to the whole team for refresh and implementation with guidance on proper roll out.
AUTOMATE PROCESSES AND CONVERT TO A PAPERLESS ENVIRONMENT
Following the review of internal processes and controls, a proposal is expected on how to Automate Processes, integrating and/or improving working systems, with the aim to convert into a paperless environment, keeping all the support, controls, and checks in place.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in Telecom or IT Industry
Exposure in Internal controls and Best Practices
Exposure in Paperless Environment
03-05-year professional managerial experience
Software skills – Visio/flowcharts, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
