Vacancy for Business Development Manager – Colombo
Our client is an IT solution provider with more than 30 years of experience in offering an innovative range of IT solutions. They are on the look out for the ideal candidate to be their Business Development Manager to exceed the firm’s next level growth plans.
Develop new business whilst handling existing clients.
Achieve and strive to exceed sales and profitability and other KPI’s.
Analyse the market and develop new customer solutions.
Manage and maintain vendor relationships.
Complete reporting requirements and participate in periodic reviews.
Should possess a degree or equivalent qualifications in Marketing / Management from a recognised university or institute.
Passionate attitude with a constant desire to set new standards.
Minimum of 5 years’ in IT sector sales is mandatory.
Pre-sales knowledge will be a definite advantage.
Should have excellent time management, analytical and presentation skills.
Fluency in English & Sinhalese language. Ability to communicate in Tamil will be a definite plus.
Strong inter personal skills and ability to negotiate and persuade.
Ability to work with a team and embrace diversity.
