Our client is a provider of world-class solutions in the application of cables and wires for the electrical and electronics industry. They are on the lookout for Manager HR & Administration to head their administrative affairs at their Kadawatha factory.

  • Diploma in HRM / Professional Qualification in HRM (PQHRM) / A Degree relevant to HR Field.
  • Minimum 05 years’ experience in Managerial Grade.
  • Age between 35 to 45 years.
  • Excellent Communication skills, Conflict Resolution & Employee Counselling Techniques, Presentation Skills & Leadership Qualities.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
