Our client , a Belgian construction company that is introducing a better, faster & cheaper way to build houses in Sri Lanka, by revolutionizing the way custom built homes are configured, is on the lookout for the right fit to join their team.
Design and execute innovative quantitative and qualitative research to support the marketing and Sales Function. Core focus will be on developing marketing communications strategy and Sales Planning Function.
Translate research findings into actionable insights, be able to suggest recommendations to both marketing and sales functions.
Develop and mentor a small team of high performance researchers.
Continuously track the category related developments within the country and globally, ensure to educate the related stake holders.
Be a compelling story teller, able to distill complex datasets into easily digestible and visually appealing stories.
Degree in Marketing or Statistics with 5 to 7 Years’ experience in Research and Insights industry.
In-depth knowledge in Qualitative and Quantitative Research and needs to be passionate for data analysis.
Good presentation and good interpersonal skills
A team player with strong project management skills with attention to details.
Must be able to analyze & interpret data; have excellent problem solving skills. Must be able to manage a portfolio of projects simultaneously and adapt to changing schedules and project requirements.
