Vacancy for Manager Marketing Research & Insight

Our client , a Belgian construction company that is introducing a better, faster & cheaper way to build houses in Sri Lanka, by revolutionizing the way custom built homes are configured, is on the lookout for the right fit to join their team.

  • Design and execute innovative quantitative and qualitative research to support the marketing and Sales Function. Core focus will be on developing marketing communications strategy and Sales Planning Function.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights, be able to suggest recommendations to both marketing and sales functions.
  • Develop and mentor a small team of high performance researchers.
  • Continuously track the category related developments within the country and globally, ensure to educate the related stake holders.
  • Be a compelling story teller, able to distill complex datasets into easily digestible and visually appealing stories.
  • Degree in Marketing or Statistics with 5 to 7 Years’ experience in Research and Insights industry.
  • In-depth knowledge in Qualitative and Quantitative Research and needs to be passionate for data analysis.
  • Good presentation and good interpersonal skills
  • A team player with strong project management skills with attention to details.
  • Must be able to analyze & interpret data; have excellent problem solving skills. Must be able to manage a portfolio of projects simultaneously and adapt to changing schedules and project requirements.
