Vacancy for Manager Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management
Our client is one of the largest telecommunication companies providing fixed, mobile, and broadband services in the Seychelles.
They are on the look out for the ideal candidate to lead in assessing risk areas for revenue leakage, designing appropriate controls within, reviewing processes and procedures and adherence to minimize revenue loss and/or optimize revenue generation and operating expenses control. Taking responsibility for the accounting of all revenue streams within including reconciliation of all revenue accounts.
Assessing Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management by execution, implementation and controls eliminate revenue loss.
Lead aversion of detected revenue and non-revenue fraud relating to Products.
Manage the Revenue Accounting.
Ensure that the manual billing of customers is undertaken effectively.
Plan and forecast P&L and balance sheet impacts of revenue streams.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management.
Fully Qualified Accountant.
03 years experience at Supervisory level.
Knowledge of computerized billing and customer care systems.
Previous experience in a Telecom environment is desirable.
