Our client, a Belgian construction company that is introducing a better, faster & cheaper way to build houses in Sri Lanka, by revolutionizing the way custom built homes are configured, is on the lookout for the right fit to join their team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in Individual Housing Market / Corporate sector.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, evaluating and performance monitoring of sales team.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Corporate sales team.
Present sales, revenue, forecasts and other analytical reports to the management team when required.
BSc degree / CIM / SLIM or other valid professional qualification in business Management or a related field.
MBA /MSc. would be an added advantage.
Successful previous experience in managerial level or consistently meeting or exceeding targets as Senior Sales Executive level.
Excellent interpersonal, communication Skills, and ability to influence credibly and effectively.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
