Our client, Sim Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a leading company dedicated to importing /manufacturing of electronic products, and packaging material for a wide range of customers that include large multinationals and local enterprises in Sri Lanka and India, is on the lookout for the right fit to fill this challenging position.
The ideal candidate directs the team’s focus, set goals, look at data, motivate and help create training opportunities. Sales managers work with large profile customers or with customer complaints, analyze budgets, and determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process. A competitive remuneration package, which will commensurate with experience and the opportunity to work in a challenging environment, would be offered.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum of One year experience as a Marketing Manager is a must have.
Professional qualification in Marketing (CIM / SLIM) from a recognized institution is a must.
Excellent communication and PR skills.
The candidate should be computer literate in MS Office.
Be able to work independently, under pressure and long hours when required.
Presentable and organized in work and must enjoy interacting with people.
Ability to develop new clients for existing products
Fielding (customer visits) will be frequent, must be willing to travel.
Ability to meet company targets.
Conduct market research.
Seek and develop new business opportunities in line with core businesses.
