Vacancy for Senior Executive – Corporate Sales Account

Our client , a Belgian construction company that is introducing a better, faster & cheaper way to build houses in Sri Lanka, by revolutionizing the way custom built homes are configured, is on the lookout for the right fit to join their team.

  • Ensure proactively respond on all customer queries positively, continuous follow up and timely completion on all requests.
  • Coordinate demands across internal, diverse functional groups to achieve desired results for the benefit of the client.
  • Conduct regular, proactive client/customer meetings.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients to increase business for various business lines.
  • Cold call within market and geographic region to ensure pipeline of opportunities.
  • Develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs and objectives.
  • Attend industry functions and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure accuracy of data.
  • Understand the company’s goal and purpose and continue to enhance the company’s performance.
  • Degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing/Engineering with 3 -5 years’ experience in Sales. Experience in Construction, Retail Banking is a definite advantage.
  • Applicants must be able to communicate information and ideas clearly. They must be able to handle everyday situations quickly and effectively.
  • Proven Track Record in Sales.
  • Detail oriented and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills & Effective customer service skills.
