Vacancy for Associate Director – Learning & Development

Our client,  a leading Multinational Company in the financial service sector is currently on the lookout for the right fit to join their reputed organization.

The primary responsibility of the Associate Director of Learning & Development is to align the training strategy to overall business strategy of the organization and to execute the training operation. This role is responsible to handle the total training operation of all Distribution Channels by providing training solutions at all levels. The role is also expected to lead training design arm and Training Performance Management arm to ensure the Training architecture is strongly linked to business KPIs.

This role demands the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, while handling multiple projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in. Training & Development or related certifications. Having a Masters Degree will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Learning & Development capacity preferably in a large business setting
  • Immaculate communication, analytical and interpersonal skills are a must
  • Must demonstrate the ability to develop strong relationships with all levels and leverage those relationships across the business.
