  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, working environment, motivation and retention of human talent
  • Ability to experiment with and implement progressive HR initiatives to support the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to build and maintain an extensive talent pool
  • Ability to localize and implement Global HR strategies
  • Oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance
  • Full responsibility of benefits and compensation program
  • Analyze training needs in conjunction with line managers and develop (individual) training programs that meet the identified skills gap.
  • Manage and groom the Corporate HR team in a progressive and dynamic manner
  • Manage facility management matters for optimal physical working environment
  • Corporate Communication and increase Brand Awareness
  • People oriented, energetic, able to engage others and results driven
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Credible personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Active listening, strong influence and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to implement simple, high quality solutions to solve complex problems
  • Proven working (international) experience as HR manager in IT/software industry
  • Demonstrable experience with human talent metrics
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
