Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, working environment, motivation and retention of human talent
Ability to experiment with and implement progressive HR initiatives to support the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process to build and maintain an extensive talent pool
Ability to localize and implement Global HR strategies
Oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance
Full responsibility of benefits and compensation program
Analyze training needs in conjunction with line managers and develop (individual) training programs that meet the identified skills gap.
Manage and groom the Corporate HR team in a progressive and dynamic manner
Manage facility management matters for optimal physical working environment
Corporate Communication and increase Brand Awareness
Key Skills & Competencies

Degree in Human Resources or related field
Credible personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Proven working (international) experience as HR manager in IT/software industry
Demonstrable experience with human talent metrics
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
