Vacancy for Senior Manager Operations – Revenue Cycle Management

Our client is a Healthcare Back Office partner who enables cost effective, innovative, compliant and scalable back office services and solutions.  

Senior Manager Operations RCM plans and organizes the activities and staff related to the operations performed for Clients and assumes supportive role to operations leadership. Maintains adequate staffing levels to effectively drive revenue cycle performance.

  • Oversee and coordinate operational delivery across all aspects of the revenue cycle for client hospitals.
  • Own management decisions regarding daily operations within assigned client verticals
  • Partner with client executive management teams collaborating on detailed reviews of financial and operational metrics.
  • Maintain continuous quality improvement
  • Identify and capitalize upon opportunities for process, cost, and client satisfaction improvement.
  • Drive “best practices” through influence of leadership team and staff while meeting and exceeding performance targets.
  • Manage, coach and encourage team members towards optimal performance
  • Respond to ad-hoc client requests and develops solutions in a timely manner.
  • Coach staff and managers to improve workflow and operational performance.
  • Provide value-add feedback to company leadership on development of policies and procedures.

  • Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business, or other related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 6 to 8 years’ experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with at least 3 years in a Management role.
  • Strong managerial skills in areas of leadership, team development, coaching, mentoring and situational assessment with a proven track record of building high performing teams.
  • A change agent capable of guiding the organization in initiating various change management initiatives
  • Strong managerial acumen in setting direction and aligning strategic goals.
  • Superior judgment, negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
  • An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral, written and persuasive skills.
